Hello,
Kindly assist with error code:0xc000000e This error is preventing me from windows start up. Prior to this error I got a window error file:\windows\system32\winload.exe suggesting that I needed to replace the corrupt file.
I have many baby pics that i do not want to lose.
In advance, I would like to thank you for the help..

Windows can not be repaired; instead, it must be reinstalled from scratch and that will erase the current contents.
Since you apparently have not bothered to back up these files you can not afford to lose, then read the information below about doing data recovery before you try anything else.
You will also need another drive large enough to hold the files and folders you want to recover because you can't recover them to the old drive.
Your best bet for recovering data now is to do the following:
1) Download and install this utility on a working PC
https://www.minitool.com/data-recovery-software/free-for-windows.html
2) Connect the old drive, the one with the files and folders you want to recover, to the working PC
3) Connect something to that PC to hold the recovered files
4) Run the data recovery utility to see what can be retrieved from the old drive.
If that tool does not find what you need, an alternative is Recuva http://www.piriform.com/recuva
And, if that does not work well, the best tool out there is this one, but only the demo version is free https://www.runtime.org/data-recovery-software.htm

You can use any "Media Creation Tool" from MS to get access to your files located at:
C:\Users\<name>\Pictures etc.
Just run the Command Prompt and type: notepad.exe. Open Files and navigate to your files you want to copy to an external drive.
You must have ignored many warnings, when you are still running WIN7. Nearly 95 % of all WIN7 machines run WIN10 as well.
The error code:0xc000000e can be fixed as well, but as long as you don't know how to run diskpart and use the bcdboot command in the right way, you have no chance.
Here in this folder C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack you should find all files to repair the system, if it is not just the BCD that is corrupt.
But you need s.o. who can handle that.
