I have tried to buy extended warranty, but looks like they only supply in America, don,t give me options for South Africa

OK - First post updated.  Website has changed...

Scroll down > find and click the Flag to change the region.

Searching (in the Search HP.com box) for "Care Pack" did not provide any results.

Searching (in the Search HP.com box) for Extended Warranty provides a long list of results (too many).

One of the more likely candidates, though it could be outdated...

Finally

Selecting Category "Products & Services" provides a list that includes what is apparently the name of the extended warranty service in your region:  HP Device as a Service 

Honestly, it's not what I expected and I don't have a way to untangle it for you.
