Where can I find the recovery files for this device?
They aren't available on the HP portal.

There are no recovery files for your notebook.

 

HP has retired support for your notebook since it is more than 10 years old.

 

If you need to reinstall W10 32 bit, you can make a bootable W10 32 bit USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After you install W10, since there are no drivers for it from HP anymore, you can download the available drivers and software that HP used to supply from this reputable 3rd party driver site:
