Tried to do a back up recovery due some garbage that was causing some Windows issues ie. Chrome will not load correctly or gmail.  The recovery failed due to corrupt file in C-drive.  How can I fix the corrupt file?

Thanks

Bill

Sorry -- but you basically can't - fix corrupt files; instead, you have to replace them with a different copy that is not corrupt.

Did the recovery failure mention specifically which file is corrupted?
