Hello,

 In my HP NotebookI have found some error, i have contacted in HP Support forum as per the link below

According to the instruction of expert, then i have purchased a hard disk, it is working fine. But just for fun, i have tried to conduct test disk checking. All checked gets passed. During Long Drive Self Test, no progress in happening after 10%, after some time test is getting cancelled, if you tell me that product is good or bad, i will proceed accordingly as it is still under warrenty

Hi

The original error was.... Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

and I would suggest the same course of action as " iomare "  did.

May be try the vendor's website for a disk checker?
