system doagnostics

hard disk test: failed

disk not installed

 

f1 system inf

f2 start-up test

f3 run-in test

f4 hard disk test

 

i dont know whats going on here my laptop worked perfectly fine and outta nowhere i cant start it up

says “repearing disk errors, this might take over an hour to complete”

it was on for houuurs and nothing

and i cant start it up it just says disk not installed.. help ???

What's the exact model name of the computer? Click here for steps on finding the information we need. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, try the steps mentioned in this document - HP Notebook PCs - Boot Device Not Found Error or Hard Drive Not Detected
