Product: hp envy laptop

I had to run a diagnostic on my laptop. It came back with a hard Drive failed and gave my a failure ID and website to go to. The website said it could not be found. I was hoping to find help in how to handle this situation if possible.

Hi:

 

If you got a 24 character hard drive failure code, you will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Consult the service manual for your specific model notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
