how do I enlarge a clip from the newspaper using HP9135e

I have a newspaper clip I wish to enlarge TO FIT 8.5 x 11 paper

One easier method is to Scan the content - Save it as a Photo file - Print at the size you want.

If you are using HP Smart Mobile, the printed file tends to follow the size of the paper - while "follow paper size" is not always what is wanted, in this case, filling the paper size is a good thing.

HP Smart and other Windows applications can easily print a "select size" to increase or decrease the printed size of a photo / image file.

If you want the actual data larger - a specialty edit of the file data - that is easily done in Windows using a photo editing software that can change the data size.

Scan the data at a higher resolution and save.

Use photo editing software to "Resize / Resample" the size of the data.
