Hi All.
I cannot access anything when booting up. All I get is a blank/dark screen.
The brightness buttons and the Wi-Fi button work.
When I try to use the USB with the Recovery on it , it plays the tune but nothing shows.
I have tried everything.
PLEASE HELP!!

If you are wanted of coming out of Safe mode in Windows 10 system configuration is also handy here. There is no discrepancy in these two versions in the prospect of the Safe boot. In case you need to know the same for windows 10 follow:

Hi dragon Fur,
thanks for the reply, it was exactly what I was looking for. but..
I tried it with a preparation of a virtual machine from Microsoft which was booting always in safe mode (.vhd file) and after have unchecked the safe mode box, and after the restart, the virtual machine is again in safe mode (it looks that at the beginning of the restart, the machine is scripting something on its own, which i suppose is related to this issue ).
So my question is, do you have any Idea how an automatic task can be generated and where to find it to deactivate it (maybe in the registery or somewhere else)

There are a number of articles on the 'net that might be helpful in your situation.
One of the suggestions is to rebuild / recreate the .vhd file
Another discussion (a bit dated; may be relevant):
Where does Windows keep the "Safe mode" flag?

Is it possible to install Windows 8 using Microsoft Virtual PC?
Good Luck.
