Hi @Ramith,

Thank you for your response. What is your product number or model number? HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?  I would like some clarifications.  Did you upgrade to Windows 10 from a previous operating system? If so what was it? If you were previously running a different version of Windows are you trying to return to it? If you wish to retain Windows 10, I suggest you do a clean install. How to Clean Install Windows 10 (from tenforums.com)

I have read your post and wanted to help. I understand that you need to recover your laptop.

You can recover the laptop to the factory settings:

HP PCs - Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 10)

Remember to back up your personal files before the recovery.

Let me know how it goes.
