how to switch out of S mode?

Hello everyone

can you please help me how to switch out of S mode. when I go to the Microsoft store, it says check with your IT or system administrator.

anyone have same issue, how  did you manage that?

please help me asap.

This is typical -- MS making excuses for their stuff that does not work.  We here have nothing to do with this and can do nothing for you about this -- as this is entirely Microsoft's doing.

There is this video that addresses the problem you are having but it requires resetting your notebook.
