HP Recommended

Hey everyone, I’m having a problem. I bought an HP x360 1030 G3 back in college, and then it sat unused for about 5 years. Today I tried to turn on the laptop, but it won’t boot. There’s a strange behavior: the Num Lock key blinks twice and then stays lit. I think this might be some kind of error indicator. Could anyone tell me how to fix this laptop?
