hi, i have hp-17-bs008cy, and it upgraded to windows 10, now everything is very slow. where can i get full, factory software to restore this laptop to factory condition? I want it to be just like when i bought it right out of the box, 100% original HP.

Hi, @Split_shot
If you want the original factory software installation, your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Hi, if you are up to it, you can try installing a fresh installation of windows 10 from here. This fix is not for everyone but you can try it out.
