 I have hp 6570b with os win 7 professional 32 bit.it appear in device manager that there are some hardware need driver software.it shoes Base system device and unknown device..

Hi. You need to install "HP client security" app for enable and configure fingerprint sensor. 🙂 Just HP client security, you dont need some next app (like HP protect tools etc.)
