Hi, i tried bios update when suddenly my screen got stuck, btw caps lock does not keep flashing. i tried some things for example usb and win + B/V with no results. can someone please give me a tip on how to resolve this issue... :((

Hello @tulipp11 

 

You could try and do a hard reset on the unit.  You would hold F5 and Power with 60 seconds with nothing plugged into the unit.  This will clear the board and possibly bring it back and finish an update if it was hung up.
