recently i've tried to drain my battery to 0% but i face a problem whereby when the battery hit 10% it auto shuts down and when i plug in my charger it shows 10%. May i know how to fix this issue for it sometimes interrupts my work when i don't have the charger with me. thanks

Please try
(a) Right click Battery icon and select Powe options
(b) Select Change Plan settings (current plan)
(c) Select Change advancec power settings,
(d) Scroll down to bottom, expand Battery
Now you can change/alter all sorts of options and Remember to Apply/Ok when get out
