Hi, @User_01192022
Your notebook came from HP with FreeDOS.
HP 250 G6 1XN35EA Intel Core i5-7200U 15.6" FreeDOS Notebook (incehesap.com)
Only notebooks that came with W10 and have a W10 product key from HP are supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

The support page indicates that model is supported. Perhaps try using this info
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
Did you run the HP cloud Recovery tool from that page?
If you still cannot get that to work, then you are left with using the Microsoft Media Creation tool
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" then follow the direction to make the DVD or USB. Boot the to the new media and install Windows 10 from that. It will activate upon connecting to the internet.
I'm not an HP employee.

Hi:
Unfortunately, that would not be possible.
Notebooks that come with FreeDOS have no product key in the BIOS.
You need a 250 G6 motherboard that has a W10 product key in the BIOS, and it would be a whole lot cheaper and easier to buy W10 than to replace the motherboard.
You will have to buy a license for W10 Home or Pro from Microsoft.
