Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 (167S1AV)

I appreciate your help in advance. 

I have claimed the extended warranty and free anti-virus. payment transaction is completed but still today I did not recive any links to download or claiming links. 

and my computer showing dailog when we switch on the computer as " your regestration is not found"

 

please help me in these issues.
