Hi,

 

Your machine is an HP Notebook - 15-r260ne for the Middle East market. Did you downgrade/upgrade your machine ? Please Install

 

   Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

   Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver

 

for Windows 7 from the following link then reboot

 

   http://support.hp.com/emea_middle_east-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/7486447/model...

 

after that install NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver from the same link above.
