i need you to check my laptop screen if its authentic or not

i would like to know if my laptop screen and battery is authentic or not , because the screen quality is very bad , or is there a setting you can show me how to set the screen to a normal laptop screen,

one of the issues is the screen turns almost white when little sun is around and i can't see anything properly any more.
secondly if i look from the side a little the screen goes blur a bit on some angles of the screen, its a if its a cheap screen , because i compared it my Dell laptop that is 10 years old and i don't have this issues at all 

i have been bearing this issue for about a month and my eyes are beginning to trouble me because of the Quality of the screen
