HP Pavilion 15-n255sb (Energy Star)

Hello I have a problem with my computer an old model HP Pavilion 15-n255sb (Energy Star). The problem you come when updating the graphics drivers. I have two graphics drivers, AMD Radeon HD 7620G and a second AMD Radeon HD 8600M series of 3 GB dedicated. When I do an update online or offline either directly through Windows Update or directly on the AMD platform the graphics driver installs correctly but on reboot it does not work. The display becomes coarse as a basic driver but the strangest thing only the first driver versions provided on the hP Support page works only but these are old versions from 2015 and some of our quite recent software requires an update of its drivers. I have already tried different version of graphics driver but none of them work.
All other drivers work without problem it's only the graphics drivers on the whole 8600M that causes a lot of problems

Hi:

Unfortunately, you can only use the custom drivers made by AMD for the HP notebooks with the switchable graphics.

HP does not update the graphics drivers unless there was a problem with the original ones.

You are going to have to update your PC if the programs you use no longer work with the existing graphics drivers.
