HP Recommended

HP has withdrawn cloud recovery tool support for your notebook since it is 5 years of age.

 

Your only option to reinstall Windows would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
