Product: Spectre X360 13-ap0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

Hp support assistant recommended an update of the 'intel dynamic platform and thermal framework client driver'.

I updated and got this error message: "The driver is not supported on this os version (10.0.17763)"

 

received similar error messages after trying other updates as well (intel integrated sensor solution Driver for eg. and 10 more updates).

 

Why is that and what should I do?

Hi guys and thank's for trying to help.

Solved this one myself by realizing my Spectre, for some reason (and like some other machines), 

isn't ready for WINDOWS 1903 Version update (May 2019).

1903V is the OS version the driver and other updates are compatible with.

Hope HP & Microsoft will soon get over the bugs preventing the update.
