Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Intel and Microsoft have found incompatibility issues with certain versions of the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) drivers and the Windows 10 May 2019 Update. If your device has an Intel® RST driver version between 15.1.0.1002 and 15.5.2.1053 installed, it cannot install the May 2019 Update

Now I went to this website (

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28966/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interf...)

 but I have no clue which one to pick, guess I am too old for this. The strange part is that Through HP I have updated BIOS and all drivers but can still not update win10

This are my laptop details; Windows home 64 bit

Intel Core; I7-7500u CPU @2.79GHZ

Can anybody please help me?

@Oldman1964,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I recommend you download and run the Windows update troubleshooter from the below link and it will automatically fix the Windows update issues.

If you continue facing the issue, then uninstall Intel rapid storage and then try updating Windows.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
