pavillion x360

I bought HP pavillion x360 2 in 1, in May and I barely started using it in 8/23/21. Prior to that it has been in the box and it has been crashing , blue screen , I took in in to best buy they reboot it. I have factory reset it 10 times. I have not downloaded anything or use it for anything else but school. Do not buy anything from HP.  My old 8 yr old DEll that was worth 300 never gave me issues keep in mind it was cheaper than this pc.

I have a similar problem, this pavilion is virtually unusable, I would be better using one of my chickens to work or go online. I have been given advice on how to make it work like a normal computer, but not a chance utter rubbish laptop.
