Laptop keyboards are desgned to be light, not durable. I have a DV6 and I've already replaced the keyboard once -- years ago.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:  Notebook Keyboard Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎 | HP® Customer Support

If the keyboard is failing, the only choice you would have is to totally replace it.

WHERE CAN I GO TO REPLACE MY KEYBOARD ISSUES ON MY HP PAVILION DV6

@hoomanr

If you're asking about ordering the keyboard part, then use this HP link:  HP Notebook PCs - Ordering HP Certified Replacement Parts | HP® Customer Support

If HP no longer carries the part, you will have to search online laptop parts dealers -- and we are not allowed to recommend any.

IF you're asking about servicing the laptop,  you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

If you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:

Good Luck
