My HP Probook 650 G1 currently using Windows 10 64 bit with a 256GB ssd keeps telling to check memory, language, & hard disk every time I start the laptop or restart it. What might be the problem?

Kindly help

Also the cursor keeps jumping and the touch pad being insensitive for a few minutes every time am using it

Could you please provide a picture/screenshot of the message you are talking about?

 

For the cursor jumping, it sounds like a power issue, does it happen while the laptop is plugged in?

If not, are you hands wet when using it perhaps? Or did you spill something on it at some point? That can also be a cause.
