i have windows10 version1607, i just bought 4 months ago computer downloads updates but installs at75% and freezes wanting to install16299. how can i get this machine to finish install???.   i have storage  cleared.

If you have only 32 GB hard drive, you cannot have many programs installed.

Move your files to the microSD card.

 

Run Disk Cleaner to remove old Windows updates.
