(2) Reboot and check if your notebook is still overheating ?

I have dowloaded all & reboot.  When I started the pc the temp went to 57 degrees for a few seconds and then decreased, is that normal at the restart?

 

I will monitor a few days and give you a feedback if the problem is solved.

The increased CPU load when windows starts is normal. Windows has to run many processes and services.

Keep me updated...

hi, I think the issue persists....  When I open candy crush game the temperature rise from 20 to 60 degrees and while I am playing the fan is working the whole time!

It prevents the full utilization (100%) of the CPU.

Just realised that the pc heats up even when is standby... Please see the attachmentheats when standby.JPG  This is when I was doing absolutely nothing... I was away from the laptop!

Keep in mind that idle does not mean idle. There are many active background processes, (scheduled) tasks, realtime scanning software, drive indexing ...
