Hi @edwin02,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Notebook - 15-db0521sa laptop is rebooting itself, there are several possible causes and solutions to consider.

  • Overheating: If the laptop is getting too hot, it may automatically shut down and reboot itself to prevent damage. Make sure the laptop is well-ventilated and not covered by anything that could block airflow. You can also try using a cooling pad to help dissipate heat.
  • Power supply issues: If the laptop isn't getting enough power, it may shut down and reboot itself. Make sure the power adapter is securely plugged in and that the battery is charged. If you're using a power strip, try plugging the laptop directly into a wall outlet instead.
  • Software issues: If there's a problem with the operating system or drivers, the laptop may reboot itself. Try updating all the drivers and the operating system to the latest versions. You can also try running a virus scan to make sure there isn't any malware causing the problem.
  • Hardware issues: If none of the above solutions work, there may be a hardware issue with the laptop. It could be a faulty RAM module, hard drive, or motherboard.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
