Tap away F2 key as soon as you power on laptop. Do extensive hard drive tests. Let it finish.

Your hard drive is failing or has failed
You have to replace hard drive with new one of similar form factor
Any branded 2.5 inch 7mm/9.5mm thick SATA HDDwould be good enough
Manual: page 74-75 for reaching HDD bay, pretty easy but be gentle

Use recovery discs to factory reset after replacement
You can connect old hard drive to another PC using SATA to USB adapter, then try copy files using windows explorer.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
