Hi, my notebook is stuck in 'Preparing Automatic Repair' when i try to turn it on. At first it say that notebook run it to trouble, it need to restart. After restart it say preparing automatic repair. It happened after update.
I try to wait (for hours) but nothing happened. I try to turn it off and on several times but it was still the same. I try through system recovery (f11) restore factory settings, but it fail( said there was problem). Same results with restore system, uninstall update, or system repair at startup. Always say there is problem.
I also try to run system diagnostics:
Memory quick check: passed
Current version:1.18.0.0 bios
Hard Drive quick check: test all drives
Smart check: passed
Short DST : passed
(My drives : 1. ATA 1000gb hgst hts721010a9e630 - original , 2. NVMe 250gb samsung ssd 970 evo- almost 2 years old)
Thanks for all your advice

Hello @Michael33396
Thank you for the detailed description and for performing the hardware check.
It is good that you can read the PASS results, this means there is no problem with the hardware (HDD or memory) but the issue is caused by some failure in the update process.
Since the F11 option did not work for you, you will need to perform clean Windows 10 reinstallation.
If your computer uses Windows 10, please check the attached PDF file (instructions) below to perform FRESH CLEAN Windows 10 installation.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
