Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP power up local account password is not working.  just last week my hp got fixed - driver updated, replaced part, reinstalled operating sys.  

After powering up my HP windows 10, everything new and no local account password.

I added a password to my Account and there is only one Account name HP.

I restarted my notebook and the password does not work.  I have tried everything including shift restart and reset my PC.

is asking for my password.

My HP 15t is three months old and has windows 10.

Please help is urgent, took a week to get my hp back and now this...

Sorry, but by Community policy, we are no longer allowed to provide any assistance with password reset or recovery.

Here is the HP Policy: Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.

Dear WAWood,

 

As this is a HP Salesforce Community site, rather than brushing me with policy stuff the least you can do is point me to where in knowledge I can find the best solutions.   As I did call HP live person support and due to Coronavirus, their expert password team is out of office.
