I have my computer installed a antivirus, the instalation was interrupt; Now when I tried to start the computer I get a message said: Preparing Automatic Repair, more tahn 2 1/2 hours. Please let me know what i need to do to start the machine again.

Hi

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.

AND/OR - Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

AND/OR - Windows Logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B

AND/OR - If you’re using multiple displays, try projecting video to a different monitor.
Press the Windows Logo key + P, select a display, and then press Enter.

Ok Thank you is open but when start the test I get the Alert : Failure ID : 64HX1W-84P9B5-GXGK7G-C0C003 what is that means and how I correct it ???? Thank you again, wait for your promprt answer.

It is a 24 character fault code and means....

Includes:-

AC Adaptor, Battery, Cache Battery Pack, Charger, Power Cord, Power Supply

Battery 1       FAILURE.

 

It is just over 2 years old?  HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq005dx (ENERGY STAR)

Check everything : The Ac Adapter is working fine, Power Cord, Power Supply are fine; when I check with HP the battery

let me know that this battery is ok; I do not understand is why when opened when I apply (look bellow) and when I tried to re-start is not open again; how I check if the memory is inof?????
