Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY PC doesn't sleep when i close the Lid. i have gone to the power settings and discovered that it is already set to Sleep "when Lid is Closed", yet it never sleeps each time i closed the Lid, could it be that a sensor is damaged? i also discovered that the power management Tab on my keyboard driver settings doesn't display either, even when i tried using the change setting button on control panel, it doesn't display, i have even tried including "Cs-Enabled" on the Registry, yet the power management tab never displays, i literally have to use the sleep button to put my laptop to sleep, but i also need to use the keyboard to easily wake it back up without pressing the power button all the time, and that can be set only when the power management tab is available.
