my lap top cant read usb driver flsh or external harddisk am using win 7 my lap model HP ProBook 645

Hi:

 

Depending on what model Probook 645 you have (G1, G2, G3...)

 

You probably need to install the AMD chipset driver for Windows 7 which has the USB3 drivers.

 

Select the W7 64-bit file from the link below...Revision Number  18.10.0830
