these days i am also experiencing some driver problems. sometimes the wifi option turns grey and doesn't respond till i restart the system and it takes more than normal time to restart

Hi,

 

Perform a hard reset

 

Turn the computer off completely

Unplug the charger and the battery

Press and hold the power button for 15secs

Plug the charger back in (Leave the battery for now)

Turn the computer back on

Try to access the internet

then update the Bios version by visiting HP website http://support.hp.com/us-en3

Type the product number then hit enter

Click Software and drivers then click Go

Scroll down a bit then click BIOS then click download then click the second one which is download manually

Install the bios then restart your computer

 

Note: If you are using a login password to access the computer make sure to turn it off.

 

Turn off login password

Press windows key

Type netplwiz

Uncheck the box then click apply start typing the password then reconfirm it.
