My laptop has been in HP repair 3 times. From the very beginning, it did not work correctly. It has been in HP official warranty repair shop 3 times, The 3rd time, when I got my computer back, I was told "we reset your computer to windows 10, it was having all sorts of problems with windows 11 so do not upgrade to 11. Well, here I am outside of warranty window and my computer automatically upgraded itself to windows 11 and will not work.--- again. It only has a blue screen saying critical process died. Ever since I got this laptop, it has not worked correctly. The 3rd time I got it back from HP, I was told to skip the upgrade. The official shop could not even figure out how to make it work with Windows 11. I hope someone can help, as this is beyond frustrating.
