Hi:

There is a special process needed to install W10 on notebooks with the new Intel 11th gen core processors...

See the info at the link below.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-f2000-laptop-pc-series/35900344/model/35900346/document/c...

The link they direct you to the support site doesn't work.

Here is the link to the driver you need...

This package contains the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Rapid Storage Technology is designed to provide functionality for the Intel Storage Controllers. The driver improves Serial ATA (SATA) disk performance with Native Command Queuing.

ahhh, thanks makes sense. Needed to install a specialised copy of windows enterprise to access my work network properly etc using a usb sent to me. Really love this laptop (other than the questionable battery life, but I suppose the oled screen doesn't help!) .

all sorted and again, thanks! 🙂

I have installed enterprise and working fine, but lost the ability to use hp command centre and the hp pen app just will not work, windows app store says not compatible with device.

if i wanted to revert back to the stock windows 10 home image, where can I find this? obviously i no longer have the HP Recovery Software to burn my 'one time only' image. Spoke to HP tech via WhatsApp and they just unhelpfully said they don't provide stock hp images anymore which is startling!

Hi:

I don't see that HP supports your notebook with the Cloud recovery tool.

You can enter your notebook's product number at the link below and see if your notebook is supported.

Cloud Recovery (cloud-recovery.s3-website-us-west-1.amazonaws.com)

If not, you will have to contact HP in the UK and buy a USB recovery kit.

Contact HP - Phone Assist | HP® United Kingdom
