HI!
I bought an HP notebook 3 months back. Since then every time I use my laptop it freezes up for few seconds and makes a loud buzzing sound. I don't even use my laptop that much that it can't take it. I bought this laptop from bestbuy. I can't take it back to them as I don't have any warranty. I just bought this laptop and it should not be working like this. Even after spending a good amount of money I need to spend some more to get this fixed. please help.
thank you!

You have a standard 1 yr warranty from HP. Best Buy should be able to arrange the warranty service for you or you can contact HP using this link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
You will need full Model and/or Product Number and Serial Number to request service. Fastest way to get thie info- minimize all open windows so you can see your desktop screen. Next hold fn key and press esc key.
