I just got hp pavillion back after hacking and now my pw has been changed twice even with 2 step varification and I tried again to reset p.c as its locked to Microsoft and my pw doesnt work and options were changed where I could put numbers in backup for pw . When i hit f11 it reads it has to repair and then reads it cant. Shift f2 takes me to troubleshooting option but no reset p.c like before, now it reads uefi settings and i tried windows and b and v until restores bios as it looks like it's been changed somehow but it starts to do something as it makes air blowing noise but no beeps or bios menu updates.. what have they done to my lil baby. Can someone help

Hello @StormeyBeecooln
Welcome back to the HP Support Community.
I am willing to help you but I am having difficulties understanding all the problems you experience and the . I also checked your previous post from 2018.
- Would you be able to elaborate on what is (was) your operating system - was it Windows 10 ? Now you write Win Server 2008 ?
- Would you provide details about what this hacking story is all about ? How it happened - online/offline ? Please, provide details like to a complete stranger...
- Where you got your PC back ? Where was it so you got it back ?
- Do you refer to the account login password (Microsoft Connected online account) for the PC account ?
- F2 / F11 are different options, let alone Win+B for BIOS - please, do not mix them all as you might brick the device.
Looking forward to your confirmation. Thank you in advance
