How can I find a physical store where I can return my laptop?

 

I received it less than 30 days ago and it is defective for reasons I won't bother detailing. I have followed the instruction for returns around in circles about 5 times. There is no way button for returning the item on my order status page, so there is no way to download a return label. There is also no way to talk to a human being either by chat or phone. I keep being referred back to the same page that sends me around in circles.

 

At this point, I just want to find a physical store, but there seems to be no way to do that either. Any suggestions?

Sorry, but due to scammer stealing HP phone numbers, HP no longer advertises US phone support -- and they stopped providing live chat some time back.

 

You have to go to the US web page, create a trouble case and only THEN, will you be provided any contact information.

 

We are not permitted to provide it to you.

 

Since you live in the U.S., this used to be a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:
https://www.service-center-locator.com/hp-hewlett-packard/hp-hewlett-packard-service-center.htm

 

If you can reach one, they might be able to provide HP locations in your area.
