Hello

I  bought this laptop 4 months ago. I am experiencing some very annoying problems that had.

1. VERY loud fan noise especially the time when I on the laptop (even at idle) while charging only

2.. Increasing temperature even is idle(not under load) while charging only

3. CPU usage goes very high and loud fan when only open few (3 tabs)  google chrome tab for articles page.

4. Battery life is not so good as even some light works, internet browsing only can last for 4 -4.5hours (in battery saver mode and backlite off.

5. Battery drain when power off.  I charge it to 100%, after 1-2 days without using it, the battery will drop to 89-90% when i open it again!

6. And i have checked everything battery test says it normal no issue updated bios

Also, to resolve issues such as Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly:

  • Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
  • Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
  • Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
  • Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
  • Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use

CLICK HERE FOR MORE STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

As for the battery, I suggest performing a battery calibration and test using this link: click here
