Can i use the hp recovery manager in system settings for putting os in my new ssd without bootable pendrive or clonning

Hello
I may not quite understand how you want to do this, but no!
How do you want to use the recovery which is on your original disk, to install it on the SSD, without using anything .. ??
Either you use the USB recovery kit
Either you are using a cloning system
Either you use the iso microsoft, for installation with usb key, or dvd if possible!
