Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

im having exclamation mark under BASE SYSTEM DEVICE. My laptop slows down really bad and I believe this could be the problem.

Hi:

 

I doubt that is the reason for your notebook's slow performance as it is only the SD card reader in need of a driver.

 

Below is the link to the driver you need for that...

 

This package contains the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Ricoh Media Card Reader driver provides support for the following media: Memory Stick, xD-Picture Card, MMC, SD, and SmartCard.
