HP Notebook - 15-da0008ca

I have a problem with my pc, below I leave the specifications, I bought an m2 ssd, exactly the M.2 500 Gb Crucial P3 Plus Pcie 4.0 2280 but when installing w10 via usb it does not recognize the disk, I tried to download all the storage drivers supplied for my pc model on the official hp website but they all gave me options that in the end loaded and stayed in error, I decided to try to change one or another configuration such as the storage mode from RAID to AHCI but my BIOS is a bit basic and does not have many options like those, I thought there could be a hidden option for advanced BIOS mode like F10 + A or some combination but none of them worked for me

W10 shouldn't need any storage controller drivers to install on PC's with Intel 8th generation core processors.

NVMe SSD's use a separate NVMe storage controller and AHCI is not supported for NVMe SSD's.

How did you make the W10 installation media?

With the media creation tool from Microsoft?

With the W10 ISO file transferred to a USB flash drive with Rufus?

Some other way?  (not recommended)

Media creation tool

HP Recommended

See if you can get Windows to install with Rufus.

Instead of having the Media creation tool automatically make the bootable USB flash drive, download the W10 ISO file instead and use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to the USB flash drive so that it is bootable

Download Windows 10

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

Set up the Rufus program exactly as you see it in the illustration for Windows installations.

Will doing the process with rufus help it recognize my ssd?

HP Recommended

We can only hope.

If that doesn't work, I don't know what the problem could be.

It didn't work, it doesn't even read the ssd in the bios, the bios doesn't even recognize the ssd and I think I have it blocked because it only shows me the main, security and system configuration options, should it show me advanced options?

HP Recommended

The BIOS is locked at the factory.

The settings you see are all that's available.

There could be an outside chance the drive you bought was defective.

In any event, I can't help you, and recommend that you take the PC in to your local PC repair shop and see if they can help.
