problem with winflash

I manually download the bios update, unzip the file then double click on the winflash application, but the latest update does not work, the winflash interface does not launch, create a usb key on another pc doesn't work either

Check HP warranty status:

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories
