Were you able to get this working Jacktv1950?

I'm looking at the same Chromebook. Unfortunately, the demo model at the store is so locked down I cannot tell if that feature is available.

Thanks!

The solution that was offered was great and worked to set up getting linux apps either through a CLI or a icon driven app that sets up via the CLI.

Prego.

Sorted?

I'm relatively new to the Chromebook arena.

Could someone walk me through (or point me to a resource that provides) a step-by-step on how to enable Linux (Crostini?) on the HP Chromebook x360 14"?

[I've tried this with a couple other machines and I've had no success. The option to enable Linux (beta) under settings never appears.]

Unfortunately not me.
