Microsoft Windows 11

last March 26, this year 2024 hp cloud recovery tool is still working properly and it can detect and validate my two laptop's product and I can get my recovery os etc. to reflash my OEM windows 10/11 but after this whole months by now November 8, 2024 now it says "Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact HP support." which is I tried both to my laptop's product id and correctly as the same as before I entered correctly without errors and mistakes. Now I don't know if HP cloud recovery has errors or they change something that it won't allow some hp models nor it supports windows 11 laptops to be not valid to use product id entry for hp cloud recovery tool I hope there is need to be fix on it because I was trying to reformat my hp 15-da0004ne laptop to install original fresh hp windows 11 os so it can allow all hp software products that can be install such as "HP Coolsense" and it can give option selections also on "HP Command Center" with just only Microsoft media creation tool to install windows OS 1. HP Cool Sense cannot be to install due to it cannot detect hp device if it's OS installation comes from windows media creation tool not from hp cloud recovery tool. 2. HP Command Center will not have thermal options the same matter from HP Cool Sense that once the OS comes from also Microsoft media creation tool not from HP cloud recovery tool it will just show PC details only with no options as mentioned not thermal control options. I hope there is answers and fix on the HP cloud recovery tool errors. Thanks in advance and Reagards for

My understanding is that HP has discontinued cloud support for laptops more than five years old.

You will have to download the individual drivers for your laptop which are limited to windows 10 but should work on 11.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-15-da0000-laptop-pc/model/22863478?sku=4MS16EAR

If a driver does not work (WIFi Audio ... etc) then provide information about the driver and post another question about a newer driver.

Sorry.

I have the same problem and sentiment.  The laptop seems to be ok and all I wanted was to upgrade the hardware and resinstall software-- this product would have helped.  I got the microsoft "OS reinstall tool" and hope that helps.
