Product: hp victus 15-fa000nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello 

i want to recovery my laptop by hp cloud recovery tool but my product id laptop was missing. 
my real product id is : 6E0L0UR#ABA

but this product id is present : 6EOLOUR#ABA
i think  my laptop  product id  was changed

 

please help to recovery my laptop

Get the latest HP support assistant 

When you run it it will provide a product id and a serial number as soon as the device is selected (if more than on HP device)

 

Do you have a country code for Iran?  I maintain this list and cannot find Iran anywhere

I am currently in Iran, but my device code is #ABA and both the product name and product number have changed, so I need to return it to the original state.
The name of the device should be changed from 15-FAOO25NR to Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0025nr
And change the product number from 6EOUOLA#ABA to 6E0U0LA#ABA.

If you look carefully, the letter O is placed in the number and name of the product instead of the number zero.
